Update- he was deported and is now back in his hometown in Mexico we still appreciate any donations as  All fund will be going towards rent and bills to help my mom catch up my stepdad was head of household and so now all is falling on my mom to keep a roof over our heads again anything helps 

My stepdad Ricardo was recently taken into immigration custody in an unfair way, and our family is struggling to cover legal fees and basic costs during this difficult time.
