Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of our dear friend, Stephanie Jones. As many of you know, our beloved Steph was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. And while we knew this road would be difficult, none of us could have predicted just how quickly it would take a turn.

After her very first chemotherapy treatment, Steph developed complications including a severe infection that sent her to the hospital 9 days ago. She has now been in the ICU for the last 7 days. In true Steph fashion, she has been fighting every moment with the same strength and spirit she’s always had and is showing great strides in resolving this infection. We hope she will be moved out of ICU in the near future. (Update - Steph has been moved out of the ICU to another unit.)

As we all know, Steph is truly one of a kind. She lights up every room with her laughter, warmth, and endless sense of humor. Even now, despite the pain and uncertainty, she continues to bring smiles to her care team and remains hopeful for the future. That’s just who she is. She’s our resilient, radiant, and full of love friend.

Her road to recovery is a bit uncertain, with many more treatments, appointments, and possibly unexpected hurdles ahead. As you can imagine, the financial burden is expected to grow in the months to come.

We’re asking for your help to ease some of that burden so she can focus on what matters most: healing and beating this awful disease.
