Hi Everyone!

In April 2025, our beautiful friend, Deb, was diagnosed with Stage 3 HER2 breast cancer. An aggressive and fast-moving form of the disease. She began chemo just a week later.

Deb's journey has already been challenging. Only a few months into treatment, her stomach perforated due to the intensity of the chemo required. She underwent life saving emergency surgery and stayed in ICU. Since then, she has undergone multiple surgeries including a lumpectomy. During this procedure, the surgeon discovered that the existing tumor was still active and new cancer precursors were also active, meaning extended chemo and a double mastectomy ahead.

Deb has a long and challenging road to recovery and the reality of medical expenses is overwhelming. We want to lift some of that burden.
