The weight of the unexpected has a way of shifting life's landscape in an instant. For those who know me, you know that my life is dedicated to my family, traveling to share a message of hope, walking alongside those in their darkest hours and laboring to provide a firm Kingdom foundation of strength for my household. As a husband, father and minister, my hands are usually extended to help others carry their burdens, but today I find myself standing in the midst of a mountain I cannot climb alone. To guard my households privacy in this season, we have decided to not share the need specifically, but a major medical procedure is required and the timeline is shorter then I would've hoped.
Recently, our family was met with an urgent and unforeseen need that Ive been working to resolve. While my faith remains steady, the reality of the financial pressure before me to hit the goal because of the urgency of the need is significant. I have no issues working to provide for my family and I do. However, this sudden situation requires more than just hard work, it requires the strength of a community since time is against us.
I am reaching out to my friends, my extended Kingdom family and those I’ve had the honor of serving over the years to help us bridge this unexpected season . We are looking to raise the necessary funds to cover the costs of this essential step forward and find level ground again. This is not to raise money to pay my monthly bills or to remove the need to work for myself. This is to assist with an urgent need with a timeline as I continue to work towards achieving the goal myself. Any contribution, no matter the size, directly eases the pressure on our home as we raise the funds to address the need at hand. Most importantly, your prayers are the engine that keeps us moving. The weight of the unexpected is heavy, but it is lighter when shared. Thank you for standing with me and supporting my family through this time. It is appreciated more then you know. God bless you.
