Hello friends, family, and community,

Our family is walking through one of the most overwhelming seasons we have faced. For years, we have endured ongoing conflict from a former neighbor related to land issues. Even though we no longer live there, this person continues to pursue legal action against us.

We want to be clear — we firmly believe the accusations being made against us are false, and we have done nothing to cause or deserve this lawsuit. Despite this, we are being forced into a costly legal battle simply to defend ourselves and prove we are being harassed.

Recently, we were told that if we cannot afford the legal costs or potential outcomes, we could simply “refinance our home or sell it.” Hearing that broke our hearts. Our home is not just a building — it is where our children feel safe, where we pray together, and where we try to rebuild peace after years of stress. The thought of losing that because of an ongoing dispute has left us overwhelmed and afraid. The retainer fee for the lawyer is 5,000.00. We can’t come up with that kind of money on disability.

Still, we are choosing faith over fear.

God’s Word reminds us in Psalm 34:19: “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.” We believe God is our defender, but we also need help carrying this burden.

We are raising funds to cover attorney fees, court costs, and legal protection so we can properly defend ourselves without sacrificing our family’s stability and security. Every donation — no matter the amount — will go directly toward these legal expenses.
