With heavy hearts, we share that my beautiful mom is in hospice care, entering the final days of her fight with stage four cancer. It has spread throughout her body, and despite undergoing treatments, nothing could stop its aggressive course.  My mom has always been a fighter — strong, vibrant, full of life, and constantly on the go. She loved adventures, live concerts, and riding on the back of motorcycles with the wind in her hair.

She made friends everywhere she went and touched so many lives with her energy, warmth, and compassion. For 18 years, she worked as a dedicated home health aide, caring for the elderly and people with conditions just like her own. She gave her heart to others every day, offering comfort, dignity, and companionship to those most in need. She never asked for much — just the chance to help others and bring a little light into their lives.

 Now, in this most difficult chapter, I am doing everything I can to be by her side. I’ve significantly cut my hours at work so I can care for her full-time and make sure she is comfortable and surrounded by love.

 We are asking for support to help cover the cost of her care, memorial and funeral expenses, and to help offset the financial strain as I care for her during these final days. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward making sure she is at peace and that we can honor her in the way she truly deserves.
