Help Support Mom’s Healing Journey

Our family is going through one of the hardest seasons of our lives. After weeks of hospitalizations, Mom has now been transferred to Duke Hospital so she can receive the higher level of care she urgently needs. She is battling severe anemia, and we are waiting on a bone marrow biopsy to determine the cause. On top of that, she is fighting infections in her blood and urine that are making her even weaker.

Dad and I are here with her every step of the way. While we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, the reality is the expenses are quickly piling up. We are paying $150 a night for a hotel near the hospital, plus food and gas every day. As you can imagine, these costs add up fast while we focus on helping Mom get the care she needs and supporting Dad through this difficult time.

Mom has a long road to recovery ahead of her, but we are holding onto faith and hope. We know she is strong, and we are trusting God’s hand in all of this.
