My Name is Zeiad Harith

I used to run, walk and ride my bicycle; not anymore. After loosing one of my legs due to medical surgery and another injury on the other I am less than I used to be. I am on wheel chair now. My medical condition is getting worse, lost my job as an uber/lyft driver now I see my life slipping slowly away from me, rent, food, bare minimum of life decency is not at hand. I appreciate any help you can provide. Please please help me stand up again. I need to get back my normal life. I dont want to end up in the street. God bless you all.
