Hello, my name is Yeigi “AG” Melendez, and I am reaching out during the most challenging time of my life.

Just over two years ago, I survived colon cancer. Sadly, the cancer has returned in full force and has now spread to my lungs. I have been diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer, and my doctors have told me there is no chance of remission. Despite 31 rounds of chemotherapy and 15 rounds of radiation, doctors have given us the heartbreaking news that I may only have 8 months to a year left.

I am a single, full-time father to two amazing boys—Angelo (23) and Tony (10)—who are my greatest source of strength and joy. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in Operations Management at the Directorship level, finding success in both the Wine and Cannabis industries. Unfortunately, I now find myself facing this battle with limited income and resources.

I am humbly asking for your support to help cover my living expenses, ongoing medications and treatments, and funeral costs. My greatest hope is to ensure that we remain financially unburdened during these final moments of my life. Your generosity will allow me to focus on my fight, spend precious time with my sons, and live each day with dignity and comfort.
