On July 29th Yeifry Alcantara attended a required court hearing for his asylum application to the United States. He has lived and worked three jobs in the US for two years and was following the legal path to citizenship. The judge granted him nine more months to work on his case. However, he did not return to work the next day and we have since found out he was arrested and detained by ICE and sent to a jail in New Jersey. These funds will be used for Yeifry Alcantara's release from ICE Detention. His legal fees, food, phone calls
