In June of 2023, I began my transition into the man I am today and have always been. In late February of 2025, I legally changed my name to Xander Odell to celebrate and confirm my new sense of self. Sadly, the name change was recently rescinded due to the current political climate, and both my medical insurance and my monthly disability have been cut off for investigation into fraud. I now have legal representation, but there is no guarantee as to when the matter will be resolved.

My monthly disability was our only source of income. We have no way to pay utilities to keep them on, pay for my medications, or supplement what we get from the food bank. My hope is to raise enough to cover our needs for at least three months while I cross my fingers and fight for my name and income. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
