We’re reaching out on behalf of an incredible man, Willis Walls, who is currently preparing to undergo a life-saving heart and double lung transplant at Duke University Hospital in Raleigh, NC.

Willis is a hardworking father, a kind soul, and someone who has always put his family and others before himself. His only daughter has been by his side every step of the way, doing everything she can to help cover his medical needs, appointments, and bills. But this journey is more than any one family can carry alone.

This transplant will require Willis to stay in Raleigh for several months post-surgery for monitoring and recovery — meaning additional expenses for housing, food, and day-to-day needs on top of already overwhelming medical bills.

We’re asking for your help to ease some of that financial burden so Willis and his daughter can focus on healing and recovery, not stress and survival.
