This past weekend, my wife was involved in a serious accident while riding her moped. She suffered a broken leg and a fractured pelvis, along with internal injuries that require close medical monitoring. She is currently recovering in the hospital, and while her doctors are optimistic, the road ahead will be long and difficult.

My wife is not only the heart of our family; she’s also the heart of our small, family-owned restaurant. She is our only chef, and without her, we simply can't operate. With medical bills, recovery time, and the temporary closure of our restaurant, we’re facing a very uncertain future.
