Hello, I'm Lidia. I never thought I'd be setting up a campaign like this. Life has a way of presenting challenges when we least expect them. My dad made a significant life change when he relocated from Ukraine. It was a decision that weighed heavily on him, as he had to leave behind a world he knew for decades. As we were adjusting to this new phase, we were hit with another challenge: his renal cell carcinoma cancer. But the universe has its mysterious ways of bringing both pain and beauty into our lives, and in times like these, it's crucial to remain resilient. I believe that my father is a true warrior, with the strength to triumph over his battle with cancer.

Fourteen months ago, he was diagnosed with advanced kidney cancer, which was addressed through removing one of his kidney. However, we recently discovered metastasis. This requires surgery and alternative therapies and treatments for comprehensive healing. Though the treatments available have shown promise, they come with a high price tag. Through all of this, my dad has shown an incredible spirit of resilience, always pushing forward, never give up. Our family and friends have been our strength in these times.
