Hello Everyone,

Just over a month ago, my father, Marcel Robinson, aka Silk, was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Despite feeling fine, recent testing confirmed it is aggressive and has spread to his lymph nodes, back, and other areas, indicating stage 4. This isn't our family's first bout with cancer, so we know the coming months for him will be difficult with chemo and treatments.

Despite the devastating news, his demeanor has stayed positive and full of laughter as always. He still wants to do nothing but have fun riding his motorcycle, hanging out with the guys in his club, and cooking for the family. He is a pillar to our family and a community leader. Everyone who knows him knows he is thoughtful, caring, and encouraging. He is always smiling and truly brings out the best in everyone. He is always there for everyone, and it's our turn to be there for him.

He has always worked hard to provide for his family and others, but with the treatments needed to fight his aggressive cancer, he is going to need to take off work. And with the expensive medical bills, there is obvious stress that comes with that. I would like for him to not have to worry about that part and focus on fighting and healing. So I am not only asking for your prayers, but for your support to ease his workload and the stress that comes along with that. We want him to spend as much time with family, enjoying life, and giving his body the time it needs to rest.
