Stand with Us: Aid for a Caring Mother

Anyone that knows me, knows that I am my mothers twin. These past two weeks my mom has suffered and is in recovery from dealing with not one but two aneurysms. It’s been extremely emotional and very challenging to adjust to the new needs she now has. I’m so grateful that God has kept and has given her the strength to pull through even though we still have a long way to go.

As the sole provider for our household, her absence has placed a huge financial strain on us, especially with mounting medical bills. My mom has dedicated her life to serving our community—she works tirelessly as a state committee member and is always finding ways to uplift those around her. Now, she needs our support more than ever.
