Dear Cognitus family,

We are reaching out to our Cognitus family to extend support to our colleague, Udaykiran Kandimalla, who is currently facing a critical medical condition that requires ongoing treatment. The medical expenses involved are substantial, and as the sole earning member of his family, this situation has placed a significant financial burden on him.

Uday requires approximately ₹13 lakhs for his immediate treatment. While Cognitus is actively exploring various avenues to help raise the required funds, we are also launching a voluntary global contribution initiative to assist Uday and his family during this difficult time.

Many of you know Uday personally or have worked closely with him. He has always been a dedicated, professional, and generous team member, someone who consistently goes above and beyond to support others.
