Stand with Troy: Veteran, Father, Fighter

Hi, my name is Amanda/Dan/Holly and I want to introduce you to a wonderful man. Troy is a veteran, single father, outdoorsman and the most down to earth man you’ll meet. He is facing a very hard time and in need of support and prayers. Troy is currently admitted to Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and receiving treatment for a recent cancer diagnosis. He has been active and healthy until the morning of 6/11/24. He was experiencing crippling back and hip pain and drove himself to the nearest ER hoping for treatment for arthritis, instead several tumors were found on and around his spine. He was delivered life altering news and admitted for care. His pain scale was a 10/10. At the hospital he was also diagnosed with severe degenerative spinal disease requiring future surgeries to take place after or even amid his cancer treatment plan. These surgeries are necessary to preserve his mobility and prevent paralysis . He has multiple new and old spinal fractures and bulging discs that will need addressed. Right now he needs support for the climbing medical expenses and all the prayers he can get. Troy has 2 children: Justin and Hayden. He is the sole supporter for his family and they need all of our support. We are sharing this in hopes to offer some relief for him and his family as well as paying for all of their medical bills and household expenses so Troy can focus solely on healing and recovery.
