Mental Health Trauma Job Loss

My name is Tracy Kosek. I have been working relentlessly full time since I was 16 years old. I don’t have much family; I lost my father a few years ago unexpectedly, and my mother was never really present in my life. I have become adapted to surviving on my own since a teen.
Today, my whole world came crashing down. I have been working at Mirakuya Japanese Restaurant for about two years now. I love what I do, I love serving tables, I love giving people the best experience of their day, the experience that I want but never get to have. I take a lot of pride in my work. I work 5 days a week, 12 hours a day most days with no lunch break. I really dedicated myself to that place.
Recently, my mental health has taken a turn for the worse. I am the only one working in the house and I have two children. With the economy as bad as it is, it’s hard enough to survive on one income. Today, my job decided to fire me via email because I was upset at work today that I couldn’t get a therapist appointment for months. I dedicated my whole life to working for this company and feel so worthless that they were willing to just throw a single mother working to support her kids who is struggling through mental health, to the curb.
As of tonight, I am jobless and only had enough money to cover my rent for June which was 5 days late. I’m humbly asking for any help that anyone has to offer so we can get through this time in limbo until mom gets back on her feet. I can’t drive so I have to Uber everywhere as well so the little bit I have saved will unfortunately be gone within a day or two. These funds will be used to cover July rent and our expenses for the child such as diapers, wipes and other necessities. Anything extra will be used to purchase regular life expenses like dog food, toiletries, and to cover my Ubers while finding a new job since I also don’t drive. Anything is appreciated.
