Hi, my name is Delemas C. Warren, and I’m reaching out today because I find myself in an incredibly difficult situation that requires your HELP. I’m facing an ongoing legal process due to probate corruption that is threatening our legal inheritance. I never thought I’d be in this position, but now, I need your support to secure justice and protect what’s rightfully ours.
What happened:
After the death of our father Will Warren Jr, my brother Sergio Warren, nephew Jonah Warren and I have found ourselves in the middle of a situation that we never expected to happen. PROBATE CORRUPTION has become a reality, with the individuals entrusted to manage the estate failing to act in good faith. This corrupt behavior has resulted in significant delays, manipulation, and even fraud, and has taken an incredible toll on my family and me.
The fight for justice is not only emotionally draining but financially overwhelming. We even hired legal counsel to represent us in the past, but they sold us out to the probate fraud thus, my brother and I were frauded out of approximately $10,000.
We need every bit of support we can get to continue moving forward. Without adequate legal representation, we risk losing everything—our inheritance, our rights, and the legacy of our loved one.
Our goal is to raise $50k for legal fees for the purpose of retaining legal services to investigate the Prentiss County Chancery Court public officials and those who aided them in the attempt to DEFRAUD our father's estate. Whether it be a RACKETEERING SCHEME or a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 Civil Rights Violation, our family seeks justice regarding a Chancery Court's take over of our probate for the purpose of ROBBING OUR ESTATE.

We are seeking to raise $50,000 to cover critical legal fees and associated costs that will allow us to continue the battle against this probate corruption. Legal fees are mounting as we work to ensure that justice prevails. Every penny raised will go directly toward retaining expert legal counsel, filing necessary documents, and covering court costs. The emotional toll has been immense, and we’re doing everything we can to keep the memory of our loved one intact. See Pruett v. City of Rosedale, 421 So.2d 1046, 1047 (Miss. 1982) ("If the state is properly to serve the public interest, it must strive, through its laws, to achieve the goals of protecting the people and of providing them with adequate remedies for injuries wrongfully inflicted upon them. So long as the state fails to do so, it will be functioning in conflict with the public interest and the public good").
