Hello, my name is Julie and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my dear friend's story.
Bryan and Tina Stevens and their two daughters, Neva (13) and Breana (16), were blindsided this week with the news that Bryan has cancer in his lungs as well as possible other locations. He is scheduled for a lobectomy on January 3rd and will be out of work for months recovering from surgery and is likely facing a long road with chemotherapy.
Bryan has spent his life serving his country in a multitude of ways. In short, he is a HERO. Bryan is a Senior Master Sergeant for the US Air Force for 28 years, an Evacuation Squadron Medic, and the Director of Nursing for the 133 Airlift Wing during those 28 years. Bryan is also a volunteer firefighter for Forest Lake, MN for 18 years, a paramedic, and a flight medic for North Memorial for 30 years. Bryan's wife, Tina, is also a public servant, working in our local hospital.
There are many unknowns about the future for Bryan and his family. This heartbreaking news comes weeks before Christmas and days before his daughter's 13th birthday.
Any money donated will be immediately used to help with medical bills, time off for Tina so she can spend time with him in the hospital and during recovery at home. Any amount you are willing to contribute is so greatly appreciated, and if you're not able to contribute money at this time, a share with your friends and family would mean the world to them as well.
Please help me in giving back to this amazing family. God Bless! Please keep the Stevens family in your prayers.
