As a local Realtor in the area establishing a relationship with great vendors is key. The Koehn’s have been nothing short of spectacular when it comes to the mortgage side.

They have been business professionals for as long as I can remember and have helped copious amounts of buyers purchase their home.

Now, they need us. I am sure you all have been following Rick’s story and the news that comes with it. Most recently they have decided to come home as Rick makes his transition. This will be a super hard time for them and anything we can do to help I’m sure will be much appreciated.
