Stand with the Hoovers in Their Time of Need

Hello everyone. My name is Jeremy and I am raising funds for our daughter and son-in-law Brittany and Josh Hoover along with their three boys Junior, Lane and Wyatt.

On June 13 at around 5pm Josh was in a horrible accident. The other driver went off the road then over corrected and hit him head on at high speeds. The other driver sadly passed away and Josh is in bad shape and is going to have months upon months of surgeries and rehab. He will be out of work for what we are thinking is going to be roughly a year if everything goes well. Based on injuries, there is a chance that he may not be able to return to his job at all.

They are a very proud family and hate asking for help, but sometimes you don’t have a choice. I’m hoping they aren’t too upset with me for setting this up, but hope they will forgive me when they realize how much this is going to help them.

With Josh being out of work, Brittany’s job will pay all of their bills. Living expenses and medical bills are already adding up. They have insurance, but it won’t all be covered. His flight from Tri Cities to Spokane was $20k alone.

He shattered his radius at his wrist and severed a nerve and artery, they will most likely have to fuse the wrist, and his arm will never be the same. His femoral head was shattered, along with his hip and broken pelvis. He went through a 6 hour surgery today to piece together his leg, hip and pelvis and they just started to work on his wrist/arm. They’re looking at 3 months minimum of no weight bearing at all, followed by 3 months of “walking on a grape” weight load, followed by physical therapy in a facility (away from home), then many more months of therapy to learn to walk again.

Every little bit helps, and we appreciate any and all support and prayers you can give us. All monies will be used for living expenses, rent, food, utilities, car payment, medical bills etc.
