Hello everyone, 

My name is Ann Perl, and I’ve been a close friend of Jeanette and Gary Bender for many years. Yesterday morning, they received the most heartbreaking news any parent could face — their beloved son, Gary Bender Jr., passed away.

Gary Jr. leaves behind his wife, Andrea, and their two young sons. Andrea is now faced with the unimaginable task of raising their children without him, while also navigating medical expenses and the costs of planning a celebration of life.

Gary was Jeanette and Gary Sr.’s only child, and this loss is truly devastating for them. I can’t begin to imagine the pain they’re experiencing. My hope is to help ease even a small part of their burden during this incredibly difficult time.
