UPDATE 6/19/2025** Our dad has made a lot of progress during his stay at the inpatient rehabilitation center. The rehabilitation center is getting ready to discharge him in the next couple of weeks to start outpatient therapy. However, all of the outpatient therapy is located in Salt Lake City. Our dad will need wheelchair accessible housing to attend his appointments. He is working so hard to regain his independence. Prior to his stroke, he had recently switched jobs which resulted in a lapse of insurance. Our family is really in need of all of the support we can get to help get our dad the care he needs.

My father, Terry Simons, recently suffered a massive stroke that has left him in critical condition and in need of extensive medical care, including emergency treatment, rehabilitation, and ongoing support.
