Terence is a 100% disabled veteran living in Indiana. Like so many veterans who gave everything in service to this country, he's now facing a problem he can't fix on his own: his roof is failing, and he doesn't have the resources or physical ability to repair it himself.
Terence reached out to Covenant for Forgotten Warriors (CFW), a nonprofit dedicated to standing with veterans who've been overlooked or left to navigate hard situations alone. We don't believe a man who served this country should have to worry about rain coming through his ceiling.
We've had a roofer go out to assess the damage and provide a quote. Our goal is to raise $8,000 to cover the full scope of the work:
$7,000 to replace the roof on both the house and the detached garage
$1,000 set aside for unforeseen issues — things like insulation or underlying damage that often surface once a roof comes off
Every dollar raised goes directly toward getting Terence's home safe and weathertight again. Terence can't do this alone — and he shouldn't have to. If you're able to give, any amount helps. If you can't give, a share goes a long way too.
Thank you for standing with a veteran who once stood for all of us.
