Taylor Zumwalt, just 22 years old, recently received devastating news—he’s in complete
kidney failure. After weeks of feeling progressively worse, he finally asked to see a
doctor. Bloodwork showed the kidney failure and he now faces immediate dialysis and a
kidney transplant must happen within the next 6 months.
Taylor lives with his grandparents, Keith and Melinda Zumwalt, who have been his
constant support. Understandably, this diagnosis has shaken them to the core—not just
emotionally, but financially. While they’re applying for assistance, the need is urgent, and
time is short.
Many of you know Melinda as the one who’s always stepped in to help—decorating
weddings, assisting with school projects, organizing events. Now it’s our turn to step in
for her and her family.
We’re asking for your support—whether through a donation, sharing this page, or
helping us spread the word about Taylor’s need for a kidney donor. Every act of kindness makes a difference
