Support for the Harper Family❤️

Two weeks ago, my friend Tara Harper was admitted to the ICU. They treated her for blood poisoning and doctors are still trying to figure out exactly what is going on.
She had just started her new job as a respiratory therapist that week after being out of a job for many months. Memorial Day weekend she came down with a fever and extreme fatigue. She went to the doctors and she was tested for Covid and flu which all came back negative. Doctors advised to go to the ER if no improvement after a couple of days. With no improvement she was taken to the ER.
Back up a few months prior to this, Tara had a pacemaker put in. She had been suffering for a long time not feeling like herself and barely any energy to move. The pacemaker literally made her feel like she was brand new and you could tell when you were with her she was back to being her normal happy self.
After many tests, scans, x-rays etc. it was determined that Tara’s pacemaker needed to be removed. The infection caused septic shock, fluid around her heart and lungs and a leaky tricuspid valve. Doctors are still trying to figure out what route needs to be taken to get a new pacemaker put back in and heal all the damage that was caused.
It is going to be a very long road of recovery for Tara. Her husband Chris has been by her side through all of this.
I wanted to start this fundraiser to help the Harper family with bills and other medical expenses that they will be facing through all of this and being out of work.
