Now, as my husband has abandoned me and our precious son, After my request civil protection order dismissal on June 8th 2023.He left us in usa on june 29th 2023.He is still forcing me to come to India. He was tried for exparty Divorce but he failed. He wants to cheat wife and his son. I find myself facing a challenge I never imagined.

Why This Is Important

My son is 15 years old and has special needs, requiring my unwavering love and care every single day. Despite the hardship, I have dedicated myself to providing for him by working at Kroger. Yet, life has thrown us into turmoil. My husband has filed for divorce in India, avoiding his responsibility to support our son in the United States. This act has forced me into a complex and expensive legal fight in a country where I have no financial support.

I cannot leave my son here to attend court in India.

He needs me here, and I need to work to keep a roof over our heads. The cost of hiring an attorney in India is overwhelming, and I am struggling to bear this financial burden alone.
