Stephen Ferri — affectionately known as Stebo — is facing the biggest battle of his life. Recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), a rare and aggressive form of cancer, Stephen is currently undergoing intensive treatment and will remain in the hospital for at least the next 30 days.

Stephen has faithfully served the City of Cleveland, MS for over 13 years and currently leads the Public Works Department as Director. Anyone who knows him will tell you he's the definition of dependable — a man who shows up early, works hard, treats everyone fairly, and does it all with a smile. A kind-hearted soul, a trustworthy leader, and a joyful presence, Stephen is loved by so many — from his colleagues to his large, devoted family.

Stephen and his fiancée, Ashley, are both unable to work during this time and are staying full-time in the hospital. This fundraiser will help ease the weight of medical costs, lost wages, travel expenses, meals, and the day-to-day burden of living away from home.

They’ve been overwhelmed by the love and support pouring in from friends, family, and the community — and they are staying positive, faithful, and strong in their belief in a full recovery.
