At just 22 years old, our beautiful best friend Sophie has already faced more than most people do in a lifetime.

In July 2025, she was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer. After 6 months of gruelling chemotherapy and 3 major surgeries, she showed incredible strength and resilience throughout it all. She never complained and was so tough throughout it all. Earlier this year we were overjoyed to hear the words “all clear” and hoped she could finally begin to rebuild her life.

Heartbreakingly, just 4 months later, July 2026 we received the devastating news that her cancer has returned and has been told that this time it’s incurable and has been given the prognosis of 2-3 years.

She is determined to keep fighting and pray for a miracle. We are hoping to raise funds to help Sophie access any treatments available to her that could offer her another chance in her fight against cancer. Unfortunately, some treatments are not funded by the NHS meaning Sophie and her family face enormous financial worries. We are therefore raising funds to help cover the costs of any treatments available and any treatment related expenses.

While we don’t know what the future holds, we do know that she deserves every opportunity to continue this fight and pray for a more hopeful prognosis.
