Stand with Shannon's Family Against ALS
Donation protected
Life has a funny way of throwing curveballs—some are just mildly inconvenient, and others are full-blown, life-changing moments. My sister, Shannon, and her family have found themselves in one of those big, unfair, gut-punch situations: ALS.
If you know Shannon, you know she’s a fighter, but ALS doesn’t play fair. It’s a relentless opponent that tries to take away the little things—mobility, speech, independence—but one thing it will never take away is her strength, her humor, and the love that surrounds her.
That’s where we come in. Life doesn’t stop because of ALS. There are still bills to pay, kids to raise, and memories to be made. We want to make sure they can focus on what truly matters: spending quality time together and creating moments that ALS can never steal.
She is so thankful for the people in her village who have been so generous, but I’ve been hearing from friends who want to find more ways to help. Shannon and her family face many obstacles ahead, she will have medical and home care needs. I don’t want her to ever have to decide between her comfort and health, or fulfilling her bucket list with her family.
All donations will to towards:
Medical & Home Care Needs – she’ll need to make her home handicapped accessible, and will likely need things like breathing devices and an adjustable bed as this disease progresses.
Everyday Life Stuff – Groceries, gas, keeping the lights on, and making sure Jackson and Alison have what they need and can do what they love.
Making Memories – Giving them the ability to enjoy special moments and check off the bucket list without financial stress.
If you can give, please do. If you can’t, sharing this page and sending good vibes means the world. ALS may be tough, but this family is tougher. Let’s rally around them and show that love, support, and a little financial help can go a long way.
