Stand with Shannon During This Hard Time

My name is Sherri Burkard, and Shannon and Tim have been very dear friends to us. We first met camping. She was painting and I was on a peg leg due to foot surgery lol. We hit it off instantly and then came Tim! Tim and I had so much in common, had the same autoimmune issue, and many, many long talks about everything!!!

When I almost lost my husband a year ago, they were right there!!!

But sadly, Tim passed away early Tuesday morning, very suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving Shannon so uncertain, let alone the fact of massive grief. She is still mourning her baby sister's passing, and that hasn’t even been a year.

I have talked with Shannon. She doesn’t know where to turn. The funeral itself, if we round it up, is $3,000! Tim had a very small life insurance policy, but nothing had been put in place, sadly, with the finances. The house payment and insurance are all in need of payment urgently!

Tim would give the shirt off his back for anyone. We need to come together so she doesn’t lose her home or anything for that matter!!!

I just can’t believe he isn’t here to crab about the weather!  Shannon is struggling so much , there are many uncertainties at this point. Please continue to share and thank you for those who have help it will never be forgotten!!!
