foreclosure. During the pandemic the city of Trenton NJ foreclosed on my home without my knowledge and I was never given proper notice. This unforeseen devastation has placed me in a dire situation, and I desperately need your help.

I have lived in my beloved home for over 20 years. It's a modest house with cherished memories rooted in the community. The pandemic brought challenges for all of us, but for me, it brought an unimaginable crisis. Due to a mix up in the city's communication and the chaos of the pandemic, the city of trenton foreclosed on my home without me being aware of it.

Imagine my shock and devastation when I learned my house was foreclosed on and now facing imminent eviction by July 1st 2024.

I have always paid my dues and contributed positively to society. The city's actions have not only left me on the verge of homelessness but have also left me burdened with a staggering debt. With the rising cost of inflation, home prices, rent, grocery, gas and electricity. To regain all that I will lose would take me decades to rebuild. The cost of reclaiming my home includes not just the principal amount but also an exorbitant interest and attorney fees that have accumulated, bringing the total to $80,000.

I am not someone who asks for help lightly, but this situation has left me with no option. Without your support I will lose my home, my sanctuary, and a significant part of my life foundation.
