Stand with Ryan Garcia in His Fight Against Cancer

Hello, my name is David Casper, and I’m a proud friend of Ryan Garcia. Ryan and I served together in the U.S. military, stationed and deployed to Afghanistan side-by-side. We went through both the good times and the hard times together, and I can honestly say Ryan was one of the few people who always kept a positive attitude—motivating and uplifting everyone around him.

Ryan is the definition of selfless service. He has always given to others without ever asking for anything in return. His courage, kindness, and strength have touched countless lives.

Ryan is just 36 years old, a devoted husband and father who loves his wife and kids deeply. Very recently, he was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer and had to undergo emergency surgery. He now faces the long and difficult road of chemotherapy and recovery.
