Hello all- I am Liezl Moralde , principal of MCM Cleaning LLC serving the Outerbanks , NC . I am raising funds for one of my cleaning crew Rosie Perez Diaz who suffered multiple trauma including subarachnoid brain bleed , head laceration , and leg fractures after being hit over by a car at food lion parking lot on August 1st 2025.

In behalf of Rosie and her family I would like to thank the Currituck responders for safely transporting Rosie to a capable medical facility and the support of FOOD LION staff by sending get well flowers for Rosie . Rosie was stabilized by expert professional care providers at Chesapeake Regional Hospital emergency room and ICU . Rosie’s recovery will be long, therefore I am appealing for your kind heart with your donations to support her loss of income during this difficult time .

Rosie is a very earnest worker , sometimes works past midnight if need be, wakes up 5 am to bring her children to school and then head to job site to clean houses.and or commercial buildings and hotels 6 days a week .

Rosie lives her life committed in her faith as Seventh Day Adventisrt. Rosies stewardship to God is not only to keep areas , places clean and sanitary so folks vacation stay are comfortable but also keeps steadfast in her faith by church fellowship every Saturday .

The incident occurred Friday , and her 5 children and her hubby went to church Saturday , and that was the first Saturday Rosie was not able to join her family to church . There will be many more Saturdays before Rosie can safely re-engage in the community and the church .

Rosie is a hardworking mother , never complains about work. She carried out her task diligently .

Rosie lost a cousin recently due to head bleed , returned to work prematurely so her cousin suffered extension of head bleed passed out while operating the fork life and fell and lost his life .

The severity of head bleed requires vigilance patience and endurance . All Rosie think about is work .. she whispered to my ear in weak voice about business . I gently reminded her she can’t think of work at this time.

Rosie has 4 biological children and an adopted son . All her children are very fine , loving , God fearing younglings , a beautiful reflection of Rosie . The impact of her situation extends to her family as now they are lacking source of income .
