Stand with Robert Against Cancer

Donation protected
For those of you that know Robert and Lacey, you know they are of service to God and their community. A group of us girls wanted to come together and help in whatever way we could. starting this go fund me for the Andrews family as they navigate treatment for Robert and to help support Lacey & the kids as they step into this new season of chemotherapy and doctor visits. We wanted to share with you Lacey's most current instagram post as it explains everything Robert has been dealing with over the last several months. Lacey wrote this:
"I know I'm usually here posting our obnoxiously cute date photos. Well, for this epic date we are at UCSD hospital, where Robert's starting chemo for stage four metastatic colon cancer where we are prepared to witness yet another miracle to add to his history of health related adversity.
Unfortunately, it is a rare and aggressive tumor that has spread to his liver and a large main vein wrapping around his colon making it inoperable.
The dr thinks it's only been growing for 6 months.
I am sharing for AWARENESS - we never thought by how he was doing physically that this would be the diagnosis. Robert hasn't lost weight, he's still working out at 5am, and he's continued his normal routine. He's a ROCK, a fighter and we are praying this will be another victory.
Four months ago, Robert began experiencing symptoms that we thought were related to a parasite or another Gl issue. He visited the doctor multiple times, but was told it was just constipation.
They refused to do an ultrasound and told him it wasn't cancer because he was too healthy. God sent me to another friend with the same symptoms as him who has stage 3 colorectal cancer and it put an urgency in me to get him help. The 4th doctor he saw finally referred him to a gastroenterologist, and just days later, a colonoscopy revealed a tumor in his colon. This all unfolded during Thanksgiving week and then we waited what felt like eternity to meet with the oncologist two days ago to learn about the cancer's spread and aggressive nature. Robert was admitted to UCSD last night to begin treatment.
Please join us in prayer that the chemo the doctor has chosen will completely DESTROY this tumor and the horse it road in on! Also, for an immunotherapy that will kill all the other lingering cancer cells.
All glory to God, the ultimate healer and miracle worker!"

Let's stand with the Andrew's Family in prayer and if you feel led to donate, we set up this go fund me to help with any alternative treatments that might not be covered by insurance, childcare, gas and food for this trying time. We know that God can perform a miracle and we are praying for just that!!
