On June 9, 2024 at approximately 1 pm, our loving Rey Leonardo Mendez was tragically taken from us. Rey was a passenger in a fatal vehicular accident when the driver of the vehicle lost control. Rey was a devoted father who was working as a detentions officer contracting for the Border Patrol. The family is at a loss right now, and attempting to raise money to cover funeral expenses. Rey is survived by Fiancée Francheska Martinez, Daughters Sarilou and Rachel, Parents Carlos and Lourdes Mendez, Siblings Charlie, Danny, Krystal, and Yvette Mendez, Grandmother Maria Mendez, Aunts Paula, Olivia, and Susie Mendez.
