A proud Gulf War Veteran, devoted father, and loving son and amazing brother, Ray has always been the one to care for others. Now, after a sudden stroke, he needs us to stand beside him as he works toward recovery and independence.

Our dad, Ray, is a man who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets. A proud Gulf War Veteran, he served his country with honor and dedication. As a devoted father, he has always put family first, and his enormous heart is shown in the way he lovingly cares for his mother and his uncle.

Ray’s joy and spirit are contagious. He’s the jokester who can make anyone laugh, even on the hardest day, the fair and dependable leader who stands by his colleagues and employees, and the friend who is always ready to lend a hand. Throughout his life, Ray has lifted others up — and now, it’s our turn to lift him.

Recently, our world was shaken when Ray suffered a stroke. In an instant, everything changed. While his resilience and spirit continue to shine through each day, the road to recovery is long and full of challenges. Intensive therapy, medical care, and the daily costs of living have placed a heavy burden on our family.
