Stand with Rachel & Mike in Their Time of Need

Our hearts are heavy as we share that our beautiful and cherished friend, Rachel, is courageously battling aggressive lung cancer. If you know Rachel, you know she is a light in this world—someone whose kindness, strength, and compassion have touched countless lives. Rachel has dedicated her life to serving others as the Director of Nursing at our local hospital, tirelessly caring for her patients and staff with boundless devotion. But beyond her profession, she is a loving and caring wife to Mike and a devoted mother to their children, always putting her family first with warmth and unwavering love. Now, it is our turn to care for her. Due to the intensity of her treatment plan, Rachel has had to step away from the profession she loves to focus on healing. Her husband, Mike—who is truly the best—has been by her side every step of the way, ensuring she receives the care and support she needs. Their frequent trips to Nashville for chemotherapy have placed a tremendous burden on them, taking them away from work and adding financial stress to an already difficult journey. Rachel and Mike are more than friends to us—they are family. Their love, kindness, and unwavering faith have been a source of strength for so many, and now we want to show them just how much they mean to us. This fundraiser is a small token of our love and appreciation, a way to ease the financial strain so they can focus on what matters most—Rachel’s fight for healing. We pray that Jehovah continues to strengthen our beloved friends during this unimaginable time.
