One week ago, our lives took an unexpected turn.
What began as a routine MRI for a pending lawsuit turned into something far more serious. The results revealed a hidden mass in Rachel’s brain—about the size of a peach—that had been silently growing for some time.
We were immediately sent to Tampa General, where a team of neurosurgeons is now preparing for a major operation. Tomorrow morning, they will perform a delicate and lengthy surgery to remove the mass.
This is one of the most difficult seasons we’ve faced. I’ve never been one to ask for much, but I believe in the power of faith and community. The Lord reminded me of His word: “You have not because you ask not” (James 4:2). So in obedience, I’m calling in our harvest.
If you feel led to sow a seed into our family during this time—whether through prayer, love, or support—here’s how you can help.
Thank you for every message, prayer, and gesture of love. It means more than words can say. We love you all, and may God bless you richly.
