I’m creating this GoFundMe at Quanda’s request to share her story and help her during this challenging time. For those of you who know Quanda, you know how much she gives to others, always with an open heart. Now, she needs our help.

Quanda has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. While she’s staying incredibly strong and positive, the journey ahead requires her to focus on healing and stepping back from her usual work. As her treatments progress, the financial strain on her and her family has become significant.

A message from Quanda:

This has got to be one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. If you know me well, you know that I love and help with my whole heart but struggle asking for and receiving help of my own. Over the last few months I have had some medical setbacks that have made me take a step back, reflect, and find the need to rest and try to heal. I am the provider for my family and I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. I’m thinking positive and only allowing positivity around me. Monday the 6th of January was my first chemotherapy treatment and those will continue through March. I am starting this gofundme due to family and friends looking out for me and my family. I want to work but I know if I don’t scale it back to rest my body, it won’t be able to fight and heal.
