Stand with Pat in His Medical Journey
Donation protected
Three weeks ago, Pat underwent his 3rd gastrointestinal surgery. Due to complications from the surgery, he was moved from Lahey Hospital to MGH where he will undergo his 4th gastrointestinal surgery in the coming weeks. This surgery is a high-risk surgery, so please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Pat has silently been struggling with gastrointestinal complications since 2003 when he had his first surgery after his enlistment in the Marine Corps.
If you know Pat, you know that he will never ask for help. You also know that he will do anything he can to help those around him. His life is shaped around helping those around him whether it be serving his country or while working as a law enforcement officer helping at risk juveniles. He is a devoted father to his three daughters and works tirelessly to provide for them, which typically means he works 65-70 hours a week to be able to do so.
Pat is a disabled combat veteran who served one tour in Iraq in 2006, he is no stranger to difficult times or fighting for his life. We know he will fight the good fight and come out of this ok in the end with our support.
Given the severity of Pat's situation and the anticipated length of his recovery time, Pat needs financial help, to be able to cover his basic living expenses as well as to be able to continue to support his daughters. Please help our friend Pat during this difficult time.
