Stand with Nordia and Troy Through Their Grief

Donation protected

Hello, I'm Nordia , also known as Tiny. On June 8th 2024 My beloved husband, Claygon Woolcock Aka Troy or Pinky , was taken from us due to high blood pressure at the tender age of 47. leaving me to raise our son Troy Woolcock jr alone.

As I grasp with the overwhelming grief of losing my life partner, I am also faced with the responsibility of providing for funeral expenses, daily living costs and our son Troys future. The weight of financial burdens is only the tip of the ice berg as i struggle to carry this heavy emotional load in my heart for my son and I.

Only a few knew of what we went through. Our hardship started in 2021 when we moved into a house in Englewood NJ ;a dream come true for us . As we ready to continue our lives together in our dream home a tragedy occurred. 4 months into living in our home the Ida flood came and destroy it, we lost not only our home but also our car and most of our possessions including irreplaceable memories. We then moved back to my parents in brooklyn, when tragedy stuck again i was being laid off due to covid . Thankfully Troy found a job in jersey and my son was also starting school in Nj. For a few months we would commute back and forth ,everyday troy would drop me and baby troy off at his school and i would hang out in a park near by until school was out and took the bus and train back home. Soon it became too much so we decided to moved in with a dare friend in Newark Nj, only to shortly find out that this commute was worse. It took 3 hours and 3 different busses one way. We then moved to Rahway Nj with my daughter where i used her car to bring our son to and from school which was a 40min drive each way, we did this for 4 months until my daughter moved out of state and we moved back to brooklyn. We decided to transfer our son to a school in brooklyn for the remainder of the year while continuing to look for a home. In December 2022 I found a job in Maywood NJ, troy would drop me off and i would commute for about 2hours back home in brooklyn after work, My mother helped with dropping and picking up our son at school. We luckily found an apartment Jan 2023, walking distant from my job. We were there for 1 year before we found a home in little ferry in 2024 which exhausted our savings. We were starting to rebuild our saving back slowly when this tragedy struck us . The love of my life, my soulmate, my near perfect husband passed away in his sleep. Only God knows why he was taken from us so early.
