Stand with Nora: Rebuilding After Loss

This past May 25th around 10:20 PM, one of the most destructive tornadoes touched ground in a small North Texas town, leaving families in a matter of minutes without homes. In other cases, not just losing a home or valuables, but family loved ones. Nora Muñoz is a well-known teacher at Valley View ISD, and mother of 4: Brisa, Aaron, Camila, and Andrea. Nora is thankful that she was able to get out on time to take her kids to a safe place. Unfortunately, she lost her home and valuable personal items. Nora is known for being an excellent teacher and caring mother.

Today, Nora needs our help to put her life back together.

El pasado 25 de mayo, alrededor de las 10:20 p.m., uno de los tornados más destructivos tocó tierra en una pequeña ciudad del norte de Texas. Dejando a familias en cuestión de minutos sin hogar. En otros casos, no sólo se pierde una casa, o objetos de valor, sino a seres queridos de la familia. Nora Muñoz es una maestra reconocida en Valley View ISD y madre de 4 hijos: Brisa, Aaron, Camila y Andrea. Nora está agradecida de haber podido salir a tiempo para llevar a sus hijos a un lugar seguro. Lamentablemente perdió su casa y objetos personales valiosos. Nora es conocida por ser una excelente maestra y una madre cariñosa. Siempre dispuesta a ayudar y apoyar a su comunidad.
