Recently, Nicole was diagnosed with Triple Negative Stage 2 Ductal Carcinoma — a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer. As tough as that news was, anyone who knows Nicole knows one thing: she’s a fighter.

She’s brave, determined, and unshakably strong. Nicole has faced hard things before and come out stronger — and there’s no doubt in my mind she’s going to crush this, too. But she’s going to need help along the way.

After getting a second opinion, she’s moving forward with treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper Hospital, one of the best places she could be. Her plan includes two rounds of aggressive chemotherapy (each lasting three months), followed by surgery and immune recovery therapy.

The good news? This cancer is treatable and curable. The hard part? The road ahead is long, and it will take a serious toll on Nicole’s body, mind, and finances. She will be out of work during treatment, and the costs go far beyond just medical care. Between doctor appointments, medications, procedures, and recovery, the expenses are already piling up — on top of her everyday bills and other living expenses.
