Our hearts are absolutely broken for 15-year-old Nathan, who has experienced a tragedy no child should ever have to face.

Nathan tragically lost his mother, Valerie, in a devastating house fire. In a matter of moments, Nathan’s life was forever changed. At only 15 years old, he is now facing the unimaginable heartbreak of losing his mom while trying to navigate everything that comes next.

Valerie was more than Nathan’s mom ,she was his home, his comfort, his support, and such an important part of his world. While nothing can ever replace the love of his mom, we want Nathan to know that he does not have to face the difficult road ahead alone.

We are creating this fundraiser to surround Nathan with as much love, stability, and support as possible. Donations will help with his immediate and future needs, including clothing and personal belongings lost in the fire, living expenses, school needs, counseling, and other expenses that may arise as he begins rebuilding his life.

Nathan has already lost more than any 15-year-old should ever have to lose. Our hope is that, as a community, we can help ease some of the burdens ahead and allow him the time and space to grieve his mom without having to worry about the financial challenges that follow such a devastating tragedy.
