Stand with Natasha: A Call for Sanctuary Support

Tax deductible
My heart is breaking. My dear friend and fellow sanctuary owner Natasha received devastating news this past week- the call no one ever wants to receive. Her ex husband Stephen, the father of her two young children was found dead. She received the call while she was at work, and had to come home and tell her kids the heartbreaking news that they will never see their father again. Since then her and her family have been trying to navigate intense heartbreak, pain and grief.
On top of the emotional devastation that she is experiencing, Natasha is having to wrestle with the reality that she is now the sole physical, emotional and financial provider for both her children and her sanctuary. Natasha already pours her all into running her sanctuary and caring for her family each and every day. She spends long hours caring for the animals and her kids before working nights as a care worker at a crisis mental health facility. She is incredibly selfless, kind, compassionate and she puts others before herself each and every day. The last few years have brought many challenges to her doorstep, and now facing this tragedy she needs her community to step up and support her.
As she concentrates on healing and being there for her children, my hope is that we as a community can help her care for her beautiful sanctuary. Reaching this goal will alleviate one stress in her life and give her the time she needs to begin healing. She needs us now more than ever, and every dollar will be greatly appreciated.
