We are reaching out with a heartfelt plea for help for Natalie—a loving wife, devoted mother of three, and a fighter in the truest sense of the word. Natalie has been battling serious heart issues for over a decade, and now her life depends on receiving a heart transplant.
Natalie’s journey began in 2008 when she was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy. Over the years, her condition worsened, and in 2021 she collapsed at work, leading to congestive heart failure. In 2022, Natalie suffered a debilitating stroke, leaving her in critical condition and struggling with slurred speech. Despite ongoing treatment, her condition has become dire.
This past August, a hospital overloaded her with medication and mishandled treatment, which caused her heart function to drop to just 10%. Now hospitalized in Gainesville, Natalie is in heart failure and desperately waiting for a transplant to give her a second chance at life.
Her family is doing everything they can to stay close to her during this critical time, but they face enormous challenges. They must relocate from West Palm Beach to Gainesville to be with her, which means uprooting their lives—leaving jobs and school behind—while still trying to make ends meet. Her husband, the sole provider, needs to maintain his job in West Palm Beach to keep their insurance, forcing him to travel back and forth.
This GoFundMe is to support Natalie and her family through this life-altering crisis. Donations will help cover:
• Relocation expenses for the family to be closer to Natalie.
• Travel costs for her husband to commute between West Palm Beach and Gainesville.
• Daily necessities, including food and water for the family.
• Hospital and medical bills related to Natalie’s care and transplant preparation.
Natalie is a warrior, but she cannot fight this battle alone. Her family needs the support of kind and generous people to make it through this devastating time. Every donation brings Natalie one step closer to a heart transplant and the chance to return home to her husband and children.
Please consider donating to Natalie’s GoFundMe and sharing her story with others. Your kindness and generosity will mean the world to her family and could help save her life.
Thank you for being part of Natalie’s journey.
