Hi everyone,
My name is Debra, and I am reaching out on behalf of my daughter Natalie who is currently facing an incredibly challenging time. As some of you may know, Natalie was first diagnosed with Anaplastic Oligodendroglioma (rare type of Brain Cancer) at the age of 33. Despite multiple treatments and a period of remission, the illness has tragically returned last year, a year before Natalie's 40th birthday. Despite this daunting news, Natalie is determined to fight it with everything she's got.
The Challenge:
Currently, she is an inpatient at the Mayo Clinic where she is receiving the critical care she needs, which is located 6 hours away from our home. To give herself the best possible chance, Natalie needs to undergo intensive rehab and treatment. The journey ahead is filled with numerous obstacles—both emotionally and financially.
How You Can Help:
We are seeking financial support to help cover:
Travel Costs: Frequent trips to the specialists and treatment centers are crucial for Natalie's recovery but require extensive travel.
Medical Expenses: Treatments, medications, and procedures that are necessary but not fully covered by insurance.
Home Aid: Essential home care services and necessary adaptations to our living space that will help her maintain the best possible quality of life and obtain the aid she needs that is not covered by her insurance.
The Impact:
Your generosity will directly help ease the financial burden on our family, allowing us to focus more on supporting Natalies's courageous fight against this illness. No donation is too small, and every bit of help counts towards making a significant difference in this journey.
Our Gratitude:
We cannot express enough how grateful we are for your kindness and support during this difficult time. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this campaign with your network to help us reach a wider audience.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for standing by us and offering your support.
With heartfelt thanks,
Debra and Family
